We did not reserve, and when we checked in, everything was booked. Loved our room, the lobby, did not use the onsen but they looked very nice. Hotel location seems be about as good as you can get."

"Staffs were responsive regarding late arrival. We were greeted promptly upon arrival and addisted with self check in. Room was tidy. Sound proof was a bit off but acceptable since we could hear next door snoring. And beds were making "queaky" sound. Breakfast were included and tasty. Breakfast staffs were fast to replenish supplies and make every customers filling their hungry stomach. We checked out and left luggage with the hotel to tour Tomari Spring festival. Staff was very helpful. Walk to station is reasonably short. Really enjoyed the stay and definitely will stay again. THANKS TO ALL staffs making us to have joyful stay."
