"My experience was disappointing. The first room I was given still had trash left in the garbage cans and the room had an unpleasant smell. I asked for another room, but the second room wasn’t much better. The shower was dirty and there were stains on the furniture.
On top of that, the key card machine wasn’t working, so staff had to let us into the room each time. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were not up to standard."
