Gave us the code to the front doorand a number to call for emergencies. We went to dinner, came back at 930pm. There was not lights on inside or outside the hotel. We had the only car in the parking lot. We made our way up to the front door and had to find out where the light switches were. We fell on the steps . DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE. "Absolutely loved this apartment. Would stay there again. The apartment is spacious and extremely well appointed. From the balcony, you overlook the beautiful Faakersee, which is only a few minutes walk on a path right outside the front door. The town of Villach is only a 10 minute drive.
