We saw the lobby and the check in desk - assumed that was all. It is a shame we spent this amount of money to sleep."

"Not family friendly with you have young children… We were disappointed after arriving to find out that the hotel did not have cribs or playpens, despite showing they did on the listing… We even requested via Expedia message for a crib with no response. I visited the front desk to inquire about a crib or a refund because our child would have nowhere to sleep if they couldn’t provide one, the front desk attendant was rude and said they don’t offer refunds and they no longer offer cribs or...

"Does the job, not luxury but still very good. Staff very welcoming and nice, room was spacious and clean and extremely quiet. Nice to have a full refrigerator/freezer. Breakfast was ok, the usual included hotel breakfast. Underground parking also a plus. Would stay again."

"excellent customer service We were upgraded to a King Room upon arrival. Only downfall of this trip was that The Canadian train trip was totally cancelled the next day. Great place to stay!!"
