"We stayed at the old mill for our wedding. The staff were not very pleasant unfortunately. We paid for an expensive room but felt as though the staff were sometimes rude and abrupt. We got ready at the hotel before the wedding and my guests had bad experiences with the staff. The hotel is beautiful though!"

"A property with character in a great location if you want to visit the museums and galleries. The rooms are well equipped with a microwave, crockery and cutlery. The complementary filter coffee machine was very welcome! It's walkable from union station but there's also a bus (320) nearby that is direct both ways. Lots of delicious eating opportunities within a 5 minute walk The only downside are the stairs to the top floor as they are narrow and difficult with a large case. Would ask for...

"Security was on strike we were not notified prior and had to wait 15 minutes per vehicle,2 hours in a line to enter the property, check in was 4pm no way of finding an alternative. Staff was NOT helpful"
