"Room was clean, only stayed one night. Front desk staff was dismissive and lacked empathy on our unique situation of extremely delayed flight resulting in a delayed check-in. Traveling as a family with small children, no assistance with helping us problem solve even after explaining the chaotic adventure we experienced to get to the hotel for check-in after hours. Another staff member overheard and was able to assist after all and of course once I attempted to cancel my reservation and retrieve...

"Sehr großes und sauberes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Es besteht die Möglichkeit am Empfang Snacks und Getränke zu kaufen. Metro direkt um die Ecke. Uns persönlich hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Allerdings würden wir beim nächsten Besuch in Barcelona trotzdem in einem Hotel näher zur Stadt übernachten, da sich für uns der Weg in die City als zu lang und umständlich erwiesen hat."

"we stayed here for two weeks and loved it! Juan Alberto and Ignacio “Nacho” were so chill and helped us whenever we needed. The room was beautiful and the balcony was the cherry on top :) Absolutely recommend!! and LOVE the cafe bar and pool table downstairs, we had a BLAST!"
