"Great location, staff, facilities, food, and the VIEW !!!! One of the BEST experiences we have had across all of our travels"

"Location was great. 15 minutes walk to bus station. Good food around."

"Loved this hotel even though we only had 1 night. Nice room, free waterholes and refill station. Amazing view. Breakfast was lovely and they started early as we were leaving on a tour. Ate at the restaurant fir dinner and the food was great. Only thing we had problems with was the room and restaurant needed a fan as it was unusually hit and the giant glass windows had soaked up a the sun and we couldn't get it cool."

The setting is beautiful, with incredible views over the water and surrounding mountains, and it really feels like you are experiencing Patagonia from the moment you arrive. The lodge has a warm, cozy atmosphere and was a perfect place to relax after our days exploring Puerto Natales. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was close enough to town while still feeling peaceful and scenic. We especially loved waking up to the...
