"We appreciated the shuttle van back and forth from the airport for only 5 euros per person. The room was very quiet and comfortable. There was a bar and coffee machine in the lobby and fresh cold filtered water machine on each floor. The breakfast buffet was huge for only 12 euros per person and they prepared your coffee as you requested. I had delicious caffe latte."

"Only a one night stay, but this hotel is a well-oiled machine. From their responsiveness, to the airport shuttle to the room cleanliness, to the pizza we enjoyed in the on-site restaurant, they exceeded the our expectations. The room was comfortable very clean and well maintained.We enjoyed the breakfast but perhaps a little more variety over the course of a week would be good. Overall we had a great stay"

"We loved our stay here. A beautiful, old style property with beautiful gardens, lovely old furnishings with lots of artwork on the walls. Phenomenal views from the rooftop area, which is sadly underutilized. Great lake views from many of the rooms. 20 minute walk into Stresa along a lovely walkway on the lake edge. Good breakfast as well. Highly recommended"

"The property had bugs and spider webs all over the place. I ended up sleeeping with my daughter because I was afraid of sleeping in the queen bed since there were bugs on the wall. Upon arrival we saw a note on the door that said they had a bug problem. However, that was not mentioned when I booked the room. My daughter and I are very afraid of them. She cried when she saw them. The owner was nice to remove some of the spider webs. But the bugs was the bigger issue for us. I wasn’t very...

"Beautiful castle, unfortunately, not up to its full potential, A bit outdated, but still beautiful. Great value for experiencing something historic. The grounds however, are simply spectacular and the food truly amazing. ."
