It also provides parking slot with the sole downside that the places are very small, mostly suitable for small city cars. One of the days, another tenant parked so close to my car, that i could not even get inside, so I ordered a taxi to go to my meeting. But, you can't have it all. It still remains a very good choice. "The room was new, clean, spacious, enough for a couple and has a nice, big terrace. You can find a boiler and a coffee machine in the kitchen. Biggest problem is it’s too hard to communicate with them, you didn’t get any answers to your requests, your messages returned back. We had some difficulties in entering the building, new systems without keys can be challenging. Secondly the street is so noisy with cars, buses especially motorcycles, otherwise Thessaloniki is worth to see, we love it."

"Nilie Hospitality manages several properties in Thess. We had booked the Agia Sofia apartment (it is a great location) but they claimed they never got the reservation (a lie) and redirected us to a property near Ladadika (Great Apple) instead. They charged us the same price but the property was NOT equivalent to what we had booked. Huge apartment complex with terrible/non existent Wifi, dirty curtains and couches, hot water only if you pushed a button and waited 15 mins to warm up, smelly...
