"The check-in process was easy. The staff was helpful with explaining all the amenities.
Paying ahead for breakfast is a little different. I order it from their onsite restaurant and leave my room number. Compared to a buffet the portions are smaller, but the food is better and produces less waste.
The room is well decorated and has some decent space. The TV is a nice size, and it has a space for my laptop with conveniently located electrical outlets. There is a nice lounger next to the window....

"Clean rooms and comfy bed! The staff was friendly and Serenity was extremely efficient and helpful! The hotel itself is in a great location that’s safe and with lots of walkable places to eat, mingle, and be active. The decor in the hotel was beautiful! The bar area was comfy too! We didn’t use the pool but it was nicely set up and decorated with bold bright colors! The coffee was available without charge but it wasn’t that good. "

"Checked in around 7 pm and that was good. Went out for awhile and then came back. As we looked around there was a makeshift toilet tank top that didn't come close to fitting. Fell asleep lying on top of the bedspread but crawled under the covers some time during the night. Woke up the next morning and found what looked to be some black stains on the sheets...a big crawling on the bed and one crawling on my wife's bag.
