It was unpleasant even to take off our shoes and walk around the room in slippers. We also noticed bugs running around the room. Everything felt old, poorly maintained, and unclean. The hotel markets itself as a five-star property, but in our opinion it doesn’t come close to that standard. Our stay was very uncomfortable and left a very negative impression overall. Usually we do not write negative reviews but this time it was impossible not do it. Never recommend to anyone."

"Upon arrival the room wasn’t prepared but was remedied quickly. The room was spacious and included a dining table and chairs. Bed was ok, not super comfortable. Cleaning was ok, I noticed things that were missed. There were a few coffee pods and tea. It had a bathtub which was great. Location was excellent, mall and train station right across the street. A buffet breakfast was available but we didn’t partake. Overall it was ok."

"Nice clean room which faced the train station. A bit noisy due to the activity at the station. Excellent location. Close to the old city and many restaurants. Excellent breakfast! The only complaint we had was a slight urine smell behind the toilet."
