"Location was very perfect for an appointment at The Mayo Clinic. Staff could not have been nicer."

"Parking is limited by the main entrance/lobby. We had to park at the opposite end to unload our bags and then walk the first floor hallway to get to the elevator which is by the lobby. For a fairly new hotel, there is already signs of wear and tear on the carpets. The AC controls on the wall didn’t work. We had to manually adjust it on the unit. It was loud and turned on/off constantly. Overall, I expected better."

"Definitely do not stay here, the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It’s musty, unclean, and is a definite hazard. One of the electric outlets in our bathroom was sticking out 1 inch from the wall held on by caulking. "

"A bit dirty. Floor wasn’t clean. Bed sheets had hair, and pillow cases some dark stains. Blood stains on the shower. It’s a nice hotel, nice location, I wish they did a better job with cleaning. And it would be nice if the breakfast was included."
