"We had a wonderful family stay at Vacation Village in the Berkshires! We traveled with our children and their grandmothers, and it was such a special opportunity to make memories together. Our accommodation felt like two apartments in one, with plenty of space for everyone. We loved the layout and the beautiful views, especially with the fall colors surrounding us. It was lovely to enjoy the scenery right where we were staying. The location was a great base for exploring the Berkshires, and we felt we got excellent value for the price. This trip was very special for our family, and we would love to come back. Highly recommend it for a family getaway!"

"Jashon at the front desk helped me out so much! My family was in town due to an unexpected family emergency and Jashon was able to quickly help me and ease my concerns regarding extending our stay. The breakfast was good with a variety of food. The rooms were clean and dusted. The hotel itself needs to be updated and we couldn't get the TV to turn on. I like that the room can fit 6. I would recommend a new mattress, especially for the sofa. Overall, my family will be using this hotel in the future due to capacity for families, great location and friendly staff!"

"Very clean and well maintained property. It was a sold out weekend but very quiet. Included breakfast buffet was a great treat. The manager was everywhere making sure everything was running smoothly. Would stay here again and recommend to friends."

"We loved staying here when we came to visit my grandma! The breakfast was always good, everyone who worked there was so helpful. We brought our puppies and the staff were so lovely to them, especially Cabby. We will come back!"
