"BUSINESS OWNER EXTREMELY RUDE. It had a horrible smell in the hallways and definitely felt watched my whole stay. It was truly a horrible experience "

"We were greeted by a very stoic and unhelpful staff member who let us know that we had to pay $100 fee for having our two small dogs with us. We were unaware of this policy as it was not listed on Expedia so we mentioned being surprised and the concierge ignored us and handed us papers to sign. We were a little put off (as we would have gone to another hotel if we had known) but then the room was SO cold and for some reason we couldn't turn the heat up more than 70. There wasn't a real comforter on the bed- it was very thin and the bed was uncomfortable. the only nice part of this stay was the veteran checking us out who was so kind and I witnessed him being very attentive to another guest. Will not be staying here again."

"I was on the 2nd floor and a large group of teenagers partied in the hallway. Smelled like canibus and the fire alarm went off all night… cops showed up at 10pm to investigate a possible armed robbery. No rest and no thanks!"

"Hotel was nice. Parents who would rather drink than monitor their 12-16 your old kids ruined the trip. Having a kid bang on our room door scaring and waking up my children is not ideal. Older kids running around in the halls and the room above is made sleeping difficult. Staff didn’t seem to care. "

"From some angles the hotel looked nice. From others it was covering up old worn room furniture, a "continental breakfast" that was a stand in the lobby that was not wiped up, and dirty carpets and mirrored surfaces. The Seven restaurant could stand on its own and the food and staff were great there. I think the hotel has potential but it felt like a lack of effort was the vibe this time."

"We arrived back to the hotel after attending a wedding. There was no available parking when we arrived. Breakfast had the potential to be really good, but all the food was cold. Otherwise, place was brand new so very clean, staff was very nice. Walls paper thin, was on end of building and top floor and could still hear a lot going on in the hallway and rooms next to us. "

"I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff has been kind, patient, and genuinely caring—especially toward both me and my dog, which I deeply appreciate. The hotel is spotless, quiet, and surrounded by such a beautiful, calming atmosphere. This stay has brought me a sense of peace I really needed. Truly a wonderful experience all around."
