"Positives; The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The temperature of the room was also comfortable. We asked for a fan and there was one in the room when we arrived.
Neutrals and negatives; When we checked in, while professional, the desk person was very robot-like and did not tell us anything about the property- such as where to get our breakfast. (It was directly across from the desk, but looked like the average Starbucks- not a made to order breakfast). The room was clean, but the noise level was terrible until about midnight. I assume others were checking in late. There was a lot of door slamming and very loud talking. In the morning, from 6 am on, it sounded like elephants were overhead. So, we didn’t get much sleep. We did not have breakfast, though I overheard another guest at checkout comment on the high cost. So, glad we skipped that. There was only one group seated when we left at 8am. There were board games in the lobby as well that would have been nice to know, as we were traveling with a child who would have enjoyed that. We didn’t see those until we were leaving. At both check in and check out, we had to wait for service and were second in line. Both times, someone was not readily available for even the first person who was waiting. Overall, I would choose a different hotel next time. "
