"great place to stay but travel by motorcycle and pull a small trailer,upon arrival was told I couldn't,t park my trailer on the motel property. took an hour running around town to find a place to park it when they allowed no less than 4 more people park large trailers on the property . was a terrible inconvenience and nothing any motel I've ever visited told me I had to do. I love the place but will never stay there again."

"Our stay was amazing - the hotel is so convenient to everything and the staff is Amazing. our room was so clean and the bed and linens were fantastic and what a beautiful view of the lake from our room (the only thing that would have made it better was a balcony from our room). But there is a huge patio and very comfy chairs to relax and enjoy the view. It truly was a great stay (if i had to make a comment about something it would be that the shower is quite small for such a large bathroom) - but i would 100% stay with them again. Restaurant and bar is very good and great service too. Was to cold for outdoor pool while i stayed - but it’s huge and tons of lounge chairs and towels."

"The staff were all very nice and caring about your needs, especially the evening check in person and the wonderful woman in charge of the breakfast area. The rooms were not good we had to swap rooms after the first night because both beds were in bad shape with lumps that felt like hills that made us feel like we were going to roll off onto the floor. The second rooms bed were not much better. We were there for 6 nights and did not get a single cleaning. The fan in bathroom sounded like a jet engine. Only one of the two ice machines on the first floor was working and required a long walk to the second."

"Pool slide was dirty and not working. Pool area could have been cleaned/ power washed. All rugs needed a good vacuuming. Outdoor light shined directly into our room. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Easy check in and out. Great location. Lots of food/shops/attractions close by."

"I didn’t know where the front desk was when I went in. It looked like the check in for the restaurant. There was no one around. I walked around and finally found someone to ask where the front desk for the hotel was. I still had to wait for 2 people to come out. Then his computer didn’t work. The other person who seemed annoyed had to help me check in. She did ask if I had a preference, I asked for a low level room, minimal walking to out side. She put me on the first floor way in the back. My vehicle was out front. Did not ask if I needed any help with anything. By the time I got to my room, long walk! I went in and have to say your hotel just looks old and worn and not inviting. I was looking forward to the pool or hot tub, only to find out the pool is outside and no hot tub. By the time I was finished with all that, the restaurant had closed and I couldn’t get anything to eat. When I got up, looking forward to my coffee, the coffee machine didn’t work. I had to walk all the way down to the front area for coffee and NO continental breakfast or quick bites of any kind to go with it. Horrible experience, Horrible place to stay and Horrible coffee. Could not even get a hot chocolate. Not worth half the money I paid. Horrible hotel for such a pretty area."
