"Had a wonderful relaxing visit. The front desk could of given a bit more information about the hotel when checking in, day restraurant was closed so we could of planned dinner better. Timing for coffee 7-10. "

Beautiful room: immaculate, spacious, and well appointed along with a lovely view. Staff too were lovely and helpful from check in Easy walk to a public lake across the street as well. "

"The entire staff (check-in clerk, restaurant staff, casino personnel) are friendly, professional along with great work ethics make this property above the rest. While having dinner, the entire restaurant staff pitched in to bus the tables, seat patrons, serve drinks, etc. and not complain that they were short handed. The staff’s positive and caring attitude is a reflection of this establishment. We enjoy stopping and staying at this Casino hotel for our driving trips (at least once/month) between Michigan and Massachusetts. Congratulations to a well qualified five star establishment."
