"They offer a tasty breakfast, it was a really nice hotel. Our room was very roomy and exceeded our expectations. The bed was comfortable and our room had a great view of the Columbia River. We would definitely stay there again. "

"No one explained that you needed to use your key card to turn on the light. And I arrived after dark so was not able to see anything in the entry to figure it out myself. I spent my stay with only one bedside light (the other one didn’t work) and a desk light. Very inconvenient when there is no lighting in the bathroom. Didn’t call front desk as there no lighting to read the options in the phone."

"The standout feature of this stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. There was an impressive variety of options, ranging from fresh pastries and seasonal fruit to high-quality hot dishes. Everything was well-prepared, frequently replenished, and offered a great start to the day. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here. "Location is nice, on the water, next to park and playground. Everything newer. Room was big, linens good, & had what we needed for pullout. Beds a bit hard but great pullout mattress. Motorized blinds nice but unnecessary. Lobby & seating areas inside and out nice for lots of peeps. Restaurant and bar nice and quality, but spendy. On-site lil store had good selection. Pool on smaller side but nice. This place could B spectacular. Negatives: Fridge size is a joke! Barely qualifies as a fridge....

"Room was nice and clean and the staff was also very helpful. The elevator was not that great and not quite clean. Also there was no free drinking water available; there was coffee and ice available but no drinking water. They should at least give two bottles of water in room for each day of stay. Otherwise no complaints, breakfast as expected was just okay same thing everyday."

"I asked for room service, they asked "whats services would you like" I said, new towels, empty trash and replenish the coffee, food and cups we use.... we did not get room service and when we asked for towels they said we were syppose to ask for room service (but we did the night before). The mattress sheets do not fit so they come off @ night. Hotel is really old and small, layout is odd. Small fridge, no microwave."

"Let me be clear, the staff that I interacted with was so nice and helpful. The first room they assigned me at 6pm was not cleaned from the previous guest. They then set me up in a room that had a conjoined room that was occupied and had a 2.5 inch gap from the door to the floor and I could hear ever word the guest next door was saying and I tried to muffle it with a towel but it barely worked. "This is always our favorite place to stay. From the moment we walk thru the door with our little furbaby we are all greeted with smiles & above and beyond customer service. From a fast check-in, to a free room upgrade- this hotel makes your stay cozy and relaxing. Breakfast is delicious. Hot eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, oatmeal with all the fixins, and much more... "This place is spotless!! The staff is always cleaning. Breakfast was amazing…if I ever get back to East Wenatchee, I would definitely stay here and will let friends And family knoe also. "Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is well layed out and clean and modern. Like the hooks on the wall to hang things. Kitchen area is too tiny. Hard to even deal with the ice bucket. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately this hotel is noisy, on a busy road. And there was some kind of construction going on with a constant grinding noise. AND there were families here for baseball tournaments and the families were talking loudly and kids running up and down the halls until well after 11:00...
