"This is a basic clean hotel downtown. Area of eugene, the only the thing I was wishing was a bigger air conditioning unit. And the two hundred dollar security deposit, it was higher than I have ever paid for even a national chain. It is two hundred dollars no negotiation"

"Have stayed here several times as it's convenient to the Oregon Horse Center. The rooms are always clean and I appreciate that they have the basics I need - bed, bathroom, refrigerator, sink. Check-in is easy and the staff has always been friendly on arrival. I also have an F-350 truck to park and can always find space. They also have a coffee maker and coffee available in the room."

The lamp was unplugged which required me to find lights in the pitch black. The furniture was either stained or ripped. The bathroom was really run down there was no tub stopper and you could see the copper discoloration of the pipe. "A lot of ants on the bed, side table, floor, and bathroom. Kinda moldy smelling. They said they couldn’t move us to another room and couldn’t give us a discount because we booked on Expedia."

"The Riverpath in was so clean and homey! I usually don’t feel as rested or comfortable in hotels or other Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. But it felt like I was at home. I even got to chat with one of the owners and we had a great conversation. She was so sweet and helpful and you can tell she cares about the home and those who pass through it. If I’m ever up there again I will 100% come back to the Riverpath Inn."
