"I knew things were wrong when I saw that the check-in counter and the drinks bar were the same structure. And it got worse. In one single, dingy room, the check-in staff double up as bar tender, wait-staff, and cleaners as well. If you want to order a meal or a drink, you cannot get anyone's attention because they are checking customers in. You can only resort to using a QR code for your order, and then good luck! "I recently spent three nights at Quest Cronulla and really enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent, with the beach and some great coastal walks right on the doorstep. ​The room was clean and well-kept, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. While the nearby pub can be a bit noisy late in the evening, I didn't find it to be too bad. It was a convenient spot for my trip and I would happily stay there again."

"This is a great place to stay near the airport. From here you can easily walk to the domestic airport or catch the shuttle bus. "The front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful. Request for late check-in and bed arrangement was fulfilled. The hotel shuttle from the airport you have to figure it out on your own, as communication about this was not answered. The Housekeeping staff needs a bit of improvement. The conditioner was out and I asked for it to be replenished twice and this was not done. The teas/coffees were not replenished. The housekeeper knocked on our door at night around 9 or 10pm to change the garbage...

"Though we landed at the international airport at 7pm we took the Super Shuttle to stay overnight at the Mantra Hotel by the domestic airport as we had an early morning domestic flight the next day. The super shuttle cost $12 per adult and was charged to our Mantra bill. From this hotel you can take the shuttle again to the domestic airport (still $12) - terminal 2 or 3 - or walk which will take about 15 minutes.
