"My first issue was that they started construction work at 8 AM and woke both My Wife and myself up. When I went to speak to a general manager about it, there was not one to be found. The person at the front desk, just like everyone else under 30 these days, was completely clueless and unhelpful. Customer Service was absolutely horrible. "The room was not clean at all especially the bathroom. The front door handle of the bathroom was broken as well as the shower water handle. The trash cans were ugly, stained and dirty. They used a pen as a handle for the toilet roll paper. The hallway to the bottom floor rooms was not vacuumed. Shampoo/body wash, conditioner and lotion were cheap. I would not recommend this hotel at all."

"Great place to stay especially with kids! Right off the interstate, places to eat and shop near by. We did stay when there were larger groups staying there so it made it tricky to find a place to sit for happy hour or swim in the evenings. Overall, we were pleased with everything! "

"The lobby area was dirty. The room didn’t look like it was cleaned. The sheets had hair on them, comforter had some brown spot smeared on it. The drain in the shower had dirt/residue around the drain. The receptionist was friendly and we ended up get refunded for our room & went elsewhere. "

The FIRST floor room’s window that was left open& wouldn’t shut, the stink bugs crawling on the wall, the mold growing on the bathroom wall, or the leftover food still remaining in the fridge from a previous guest? It’s hard to tell. What is for sure, is the disappointment in this place being backed by “Choice”. That’s a brand we usually trust. "

"Clean room! Only thing I can share is the blanket on the bed is thin, not like a comforter. Although it didn’t bother me I know others may prefer to be prepared with their own blanket. It was a nice stay! "
