"Could use more staff in kitchen at breakfast especially when its a weekend and events are going on, one person can not do it all herself she was trying her best to keep up and done a good job. Someone didn't show up for work and it threw things behind. But other than that it was a good stay"

" Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). "To start..I witnessed a Handicapped Female get denied a room on the first floor. The desk person said they were full on the first floor. There were 3 or 4 cars in the parking lot. Later that night maybe 10 cars. 2nd..the ice maker was broken on the first floor..it could happen..but they left the flooded floor for hours .very unsafe. 3rd..indoor pool was never turned on the 4 days we stayed. It was cloudy and very cold..no circulation at all. 4th ..ceiling tiles missing everywhere...wires...

"The property was exceptionally clean, and the room had a fresh, pleasant scent. The environment was good and conducive to rest, with minimal noise throughout my stay. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, the convenient location—directly across from Walmart—added to the overall positive experience. I would gladly choose to stay here again on future visits to Ohio."

"My king bed room was fine. It’s just the rest of the place that looks a bit worn. There are big rig trucks parked on one side of the hotel, and when I got there, someone was blasting music while cleaning out his car and the people next to him were grilling in the parking lot. The common spaces smelled a bit of cigarettes and there isn’t an elevator to the second floor. The vibe didn’t make me feel totally comfortable but I was fine once in the room. It was clean and quiet."

"We checked in they did not have the correct room I booked they were sold out. The woman at the front desk never informed me until we walked in our room and it was smaller with no sofa bed. We then used the toilet and it overflowed onto the floor. "I checked in at 7:30 which was considered after hours so the door was locked. I had to call to find someone to help me. The elderly lady came to the door after a while but struggled to get it unlocked. I told her I was checking in and she kept asking me what room I was in. Finally I saw 2 keys on the counter with my name and explained I believed those were for me. I had reserved 2 rooms. The 1st room had a broken flusher on the toilet.
