This is a great hotel located near the coach, bus and train station, which makes it very convenient for day trips, whilst still in a quiet and nice area The hotel has a very nice spa, great also for families, friendly and very helpful staff, and the breakfast had a very good choice of local dishes, fresh fruit juices and good quality. Trip cut to Zakopane cut short due to loss of passport on route from Kraków.Hotel Receptin staff could not have been more helpful made enquirys over and above expectation to assist. I was travelling alone, bar manageress made me very welcome in bar introduced me to warm cider speciality drink which was great.Very nice new clean hotel close to Main Street .Staff were outstanding helpful pleasant ,friendly and likeable.I would highly recommend this hotel just wish I could have stayed longer,

We visited Hotel Bania on a recommendation from a friend and it was utterly sensational. The hotel is comfortable, with a natural flow and guest journey. There are shared small kitchens on each floor which are so convenient for preparing a snack; it’s a microwave and sink but really useful to have available! Brilliant stay! Check in was easy, apartment was clean to a high standard as well as daily housekeeping, staff were friendly, super approachable and willing to help with queries. The views from the apartment balcony were stunning as well as the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options and kept to a high standard. Amazing stay, would absolutely recommend and will be staying again! Thank you to the amazing team!

This hotel is situated in a quiet road, just of the pedestrian main street. A top quality retro style delight interior, with a en-suite shower that has impressed a hardend old English Developer! The staff are wonderful, if they can help they will and do.Excellent value hotel, sure to impress and delight, I just hope that I will be able to find a room when I want to retrn.

Very peaceful and comfortable stay. The food was delicious the hot tub was lovely and the staff were very hospitable. We would stay again but would stay longer next time.
