"Great staff and facility. The building was a little older and dated, but it had everything you need. The staff were painting the parking cement block so they are putting effort into the place. The only downside was the carpet area between the armchair and bed seems to be a little not clean/vacummed. "Everything was very very good. The staff was particularly helpful, especially Patricia who followed up on every request, i.e. towels for the hot tub more towels (2 women in out group so lots of towels. Super lounge club area and excellent workout room (although I didn't use any of the equipment.) Location is greast for water activities, shopping or dining--could walk to everything in 2-10 minutes."

I asked to confirm the room type and they said we were in a king room. I told them that is not what we booked through Expedia.
