"Great location for family travel in Paris 7th Arrondissement. Safe area, safe apartment (personal QR code to enter main door and apartment). Very close to Rue Cler, 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. I love the decor and interior. Decent kitchen appliances and washing machine. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is no Front Office staff, but they give you a Contact number. "

"Perfect hotel in Le Marais! we were in the two story unit on the 6th floor of the annex building and it was spacious, spotless and perfect for our family of four. Much more room than we would have had in a regular hotel. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! Area was fabulous as well - right in the middle of shops, cafes, etc."

"The apartment is easy to find and well signposted. Inside is beautiful, clean and spacious and we absolutely loved the location! Right next to the famous Rue Cler with plenty cafes/restaurants and fresh food markets, boulangeries/patisseries etc! So much choice to eat out or pick up supplies for the apartment-whatever your preference! (I loved the organic fruit and veg market on the corner) It is also very close walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and a few minutes to the Metro to get around...

Hotellet ligger super centralt i forhold til alle tourist mål og med kæmpe stort inkøbscenter lige ved siden af. "We stayed in the Picasso apartment for 9 days in mid-February. The experience was wonderful. The apartment had accommodations that made a longer stay very pleasant including cookware and dishes/cutlery. The Nespresso in the room made lovely coffees and we enjoyed them daily. Prior reviews indicated there had been occasional noise concerns but we never experienced that. The staff were very kind and responsive when we had questions.
