Good location and everything you want for a relaxing stay

Very well maintained property. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable. Would definitely come back and would recommend to all to choose this as a location to stay.

Spent 12 nights here whilst visiting family in the area. We agree with other guests that the Alexander Mansion House offers an “experience” in an historic building. We had the Alexander Durante room which was beautiful. Every night we would have a “night cap” and the room would be waiting for us with lamps turned on and the radio on. Property was quirky, beds and pillows so sod, staff are lovely and made us feel so welcome

Everything we needed. Little more water pressure in shower would be nice but I did request room on the top floor. Bit more fruit at breakfast would help. Otherwise I can’t fault anything. Would recommend.

Lovely place to stat

We stayed one night as a stop over. The hotel was one of the few which offered a restaurant on a Sunday evening. The parking is up a ramp at the side of the hotel which wasn’t immediately obvious but there were plenty of spaces. Staff were very helpful.

A very well appointed hotel, close to highway with easy parking. We benefitted from the Wednesday evening 'Social' during which I chatted to the chef, Richard. He was a great guy. The room was large, the bed comfy and the bathroom good and clean.

An excellent hotel. Bright modern, spacious room. Friendly staff. Close to the downtown restaurants and the park next to the Mississippi. Will definitely stay at Hampton Inns again

We stayed here as a base for exploring the parks of the upper Mississippi and it is conveniently situated for this. The staff were friendly, the room was quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was also good. We didn't use the pool or gym so can't comment. The hotel was clean (although vacuuming the lobby right beside the dining area at breakfast did jar a bit!).
