The pool wasnt open , the tv in our room did not work in room 123 , a dog kept barking thats all we heard all night , the breakfast was old , the walls are paper thin you can hear the people next door to you getting jiggy with it!

The stay was decent overall. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. However, the windows could use better insulation—our rear-facing room let in noise from construction trucks that woke us up a few times

Love Zaza and this visit did not disappoint. They had good foam pillows and allergy free bedding which can be hard to find at hotels. The water pressure was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. The service was great too. Will definitely return.

I thought it was great so I'll give a 5. Booking, check-in instructions, communication was easy and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really cool. On-site staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Austin I'll book there again.
