Extrodenery staff. They've helped.... accept packages. Airline wrong luggage, fell/swollen black eye, extend reservation at last min due to illness.... very accomendating and discrete.
Rooms are a good size.2 sub stops near, pharmacy 1/2 blk. 5 min theater district /time sq. Delis, resturants, groceries.. .everywhere! Its new york! this is 1 of my favorite...

"Fantastic location, a few mins walk from Times Sq. Room had lovely decor, was warm, comfortable and the room was very quiet considering the location. I would definitely stay again. "

"Room was clean daily. During the snow storm the staff was very helpful and available 24 hours. We did have to extend our stay and there were rooms available and was able to do our laundry for free and they provided the laundry soap. Wash and dryer were alao clean."
