"There were 2 of us on this trip to Venice then the Dolomites. We flew into Venice around 3p. Getting transportation from Marco Polo airport was easy. We used a bus. It dropped us off at the standard stop in Venice. From there we were able to wslk while pulling our luggage for just a few blocks; however, one of the 2 bridges that we had to use to go over canals did not have a ramp, and it was a little difficult. The hotel staff - Vladimir and Marco greeted us, took our luggage and brought us...

"The room was very clean. It is a vintage hotel - built in 1801 if we remember correctly. Small elevator (3 people only) but it works. Sometimes you have to wait a bit. Good continental breakfast. Excellent service and staff. Always helpful."

"Excellent location - could fault it and quiet with the windows closed even though there were restaurants nearby. Good modern bathroom and just enough in the kitchen for minimal eating in. Would have appreciated salt/pepper and perhaps oil. Would recommend."

"Stayed the night before an early morning flight to Frankfort. The room was spacious. The staff was friendly at check in and in the restaurant. The desk ordered us a taxi for the next morning. The food in the restaurant was very good. It was quite busy for dinner. There is an Aldi close by as well if you need a grocery store. The train from Trieste central to the hotel was less than 4 Euro per person on a Saturday. The airport is close to the hotel but a taxi from the train station at the airport...

"The hotel was clean and quiet. Close to the airport. A perfect stay for the one night I was there before my flight. The staff was lovely and accommodating, calling my taxi to the airport at 5am, and even opened the complimentary breakfast for me so I could have some food and espresso before my long day of travelling. I’m so grateful! "
