This was a wonderful property close to the city center with access to the canal and waterfront. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel bar and breakfast were a big bonus!

Wonderful breakfast and the location can’t be beat! Very nice and helpful personal. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone to stay there including my family. The rooms and hotel is very contemporary which is not my taste but the location, personal, and breakfast made-up for the lack of warmth the rooms lacked. I would recommend this hotel!

The hotel is nicely decorated, all in white, which conveys cleanliness and is very unique. The location is excellent, with lots of restaurants around. The staff is friendly and enjoy staying in the hotel.

We stayed here the night before catching a cruise. If your cruise departs from the main cruise pier the location can’t be beat. It’s literally a five minute walk. Ours was at the farther pier which required a taxi. However, the hotel is the perfect location for restaurants, shopping, site seeing, and train station. Trieste is very walkable, by the way with lots of restaurants and shopping. The property itself was meticulously maintained. The rooms are bright, modern, well appointed, and air conditioned. Included is a wonderful buffet breakfast with excellent selection and service. Our only minor gripe is the reception staff was not as attentive as we hoped, probably because it seemed understaffed. Other than that, would highly recommend.

The reviews seemed too good to be real, so I was a bit skeptical. But when I got there, I was quickly proven wrong. The hotel was amazing. It’s just as beautiful as the photos. The staff is every bit as kind as mentioned in all of the reviews. Sometimes you see hotels that Photoshop the pictures. This hotel did not do that. They are spot on. We loved it and cannot wait to return next time we’re in that area. The staff consistently went above and beyond.
