"Management of receiving booking online is not planned. We booked some other room and received some other as they mention. Room booked by you has been allotted to someone else. They were no prepared before hand. Check-in time was 1:00 pm but we good room at 4:30 pm that too not what we booked."

"Location of the resort is amazing however maintenance of the property is very poorly managed. Most of the rooms at ground level are having water leakage issues from roof. Food quality is nice whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also the car parking space kept in an open land outside the resort which causes battery downtime during rainy season as weather is quite chilled here."

" We were two elderly couples . The property personnel was not ready for us and they had not kept the room ready, even though we had a confirmed booking and we had paid 100% advance. We had reached the property much after the check in time. The dining area is not clean and there stray dogs and crows continuosly pestering us during lunch the first day of our stay . We preferred to eat in our rooms for the rest of our stray. Dogs were a menance at night as they would bark and move around...
