If we had wanted to rent an apartment, we would have used an apartment rental platform. We chose Hotels.com because we expected the convenience and service of a hotel, but instead faced a self-check-in process and unexpected requirements. "It was really very good experience. Very clean property and the instructions were very clear. The location was fabulous. They were a lot of restaurants around and very live High Street. Will definitely recommend everyone and if I get a chance, I will go there again."

"Location of property good and is close to the rail station. However, if you like to sleep with the window open this can be noisy. The property is well presented and clean. Communication not good. Two e-mails were sent to the host regarding the room key (only one issued for two people) and using the left luggage. Neither e-mail was answered. The cleaner of the bloc was extremely helpful."
