I asked for a tray to take my breakfast to my room and was told (by a lady) it isn’t allowed to take my breakfast to my room. I insisted and was given a tray."

"Great location. Easy to get to. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and has everything that you need. We took our own kettle as we like coffee when we wake up. The staff are all very helpful and the trsndport links are very good. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. Can't see why our own hospitals do not have this same facility to support patients and their families. "
