The first room we were given had a window that looked into an internal courtyard with a sushi restaurant, where diners can see in. For a country with little winter sunlight this was awful. After complaining about the false advertising, as the listing showed windows, we were moved to a 2nd room with broken lights. Only our 3rd room worked as expected, but this second move move meant repacking and unpacking again. Check in was difficult - the payment website didn't update UI to say payment failed, so we thought we'd paid, but when we turned up and were trying to fix this issue the lack of check in desk made this tricky to sort out, and their website account was useless. Even on payment, the email with check in instructions didn't arrive! There were other couples confused by check in aswell. Honestly, don't bother booking, it's not worth the risk of ending up in a windowless room for days!
