Room was clean, coffee maker was not. We saw no staff as there was only email communication with a code to get into the cabin. Bryce Canyon was beautiful. This was an okay stay - not my favorite place I’ve stayed, but not bad.

No one was present at check-in, and the phone number provided was not being monitored. The company that operates this property appears to manage several in the area, and I had to go from one location to another until I found someone who could help me access our cabin. What a joke. Communication from ownership was extremely poor. Given that the property is quite remote, I would strongly recommend choosing a place with more reliable support and accessibility. Additionally, the setting was disappointing, it’s essentially a gravel parking lot overlooking a dilapidated farm. The windows were dirty, and there were noticeable stains in the carpet.

Super cute place that served our needs! The main wall heater didn't heat up, but there were two back up heaters available. Overall a nice quite place to come back to after a day in Bryce Canyon : )

Was so looking forward to staying in a log cabin but was disappointed with this rental. Apparently the heating unit in the room was broken but we were never informed ahead of time. a space heater was put in the room however we arrived later than expected (around midnight) and it was freezing in there so we went to sleep freezing the first night. One positive of the place is the self check in and check out however we never saw anyone who worked there.

Room was fine, but there is no infrastructure beyond that. We were short on towels and no one came to deliver more. Coffee available was a shared bag that was almost empty. There was nothing to measure the coffee with or to stir it. Otherwise bed was comfortable and shower was good! Cleanness was ok too.

Ok place to stay in Tropic. The mattresses are in dire need of replacement and the mattress cover makes a noise every time you move. Also, the trash can that appears to be for trash disposal in the parking lot was full and not emptied the entire time we were there. I probably would not go out of my way to stay there again.

We had a great stay at Bryce Canyon Log Cabins Happy Trails! We went as a group of four and booked two rooms, and it was such a cute and fun experience staying in a log cabin. We visited in the winter, and they had the heater running before we arrived, so the rooms were nice and warm right away, which we really appreciated. Parking was convenient, and the check-in and check-out process was super easy. The cabins were clean, comfortable, and the perfect amount of space. Our room had a mini fridge, TV, microwave, a table to eat at and everything we needed for our stay. The price was very reasonable, and the location is close to Bryce Canyon, which made it even better. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back!

The cabin was cozy and very comfortable The only negatives were lack of towels and the bathroom lights would flicker after being on for a few minutes We loved the privacy and the town of Tropic was very close to Bryce Canyon and restaurants/shopping for souvenirs and store and food items Over all we would stay here again 😁

Very clean cabin. Beds comfortable. Only minor issue was it took 6 or 7 hours to raise the temperature in the cabin to 70 or so temp. The wall heater unit would not put out enough heat consistently. And just so the management knows the coffee carafe was broken and no coffee cups.

I really wanted to like this room, trust me. This was the 6th hotel/lodging experience of my road-trip but the one I was looking forward to, the most since I love cabins. Before I get into any of the issues, I want to say that the host/owner was responsive and picked up my call and answered my texts. They were away for the week and tried to get an electrician on-site, but wasn’t able to do so. They also suggested that I reset the breakers behind the cabin, but unfortunately, that didn’t help. I stayed in Cabin #4. The main entrance light and the main ceiling light in the cabin weren’t functional. To add on to that, none of the power outlets except the ones by the sink were functional. The only light in the cabin was from the bulbs by the sink. As evident by now, the TV was also not functional since the outlet it was connected to wasn’t working. The coffee machine was decent but its handle was broken. No biggie - I still made a cup of coffee for myself.
