"The hotel was very clean. Room was big! Bathrooms were big! Staff was very pleasant to deal with. However, the AC was terrible. It was freezing when it was running and HOT when it kicked off. The bed was not comfortable! The other rooms, hallways and outside noise was pretty bad! Location was a little sketchy looking but for my husband and I it worked!"

"Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok, not a big variety. Staff was courteous and informative. Highway and train noise made sleeping soundly difficult."

"We stayed at the April 17-19 2026, at the Okana Resort on the 8 th floor which was perfect for us it was quiet and the balcony view facing the pool area was just breath taking!!! The suite was perfect!!!! We will return again. FYI the 2nd floor is very very busy with families and the indoor water park. There is not a free breakfast so we ate our for all our meals even though they have restaurants on site."

"There’s roaches and was also hair in the bath tub trash was full and the drain in the shower was clogged with hair and some cardboard. Cleaning laddies needs to be fired. "

"India was so nice when we were checking in at 11pm. The place is super clean, which is the most important aspect to me, and the room was bigger than expected. The hotel is near everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Great value. Clean rooms and hotel. Great for overnight stay with dog. Among other renevated hotels...so make sure when you arrive you go to the right one as signs outside aren't well marked. Nice stay. Not much area to walk around. Near national memorial and short drives to good restaurants. Definitely would stay again."

"I can’t believe what a wonderful stay this was! Although it was brief we had everything we needed and then some. The staff is phenomenal and the breakfast is amazing. Will stay here every time. "

"The food was bland. It had no taste. The eggs were disgusting. The oatmeal had no taste. The only thing that was halfway decent was the sausage. We laughed and went out to eat so having a free breakfast and add anything to the value of the property and I paid almost $400 to stay there. The carpet in the room was nasty. The toilet backed up and you couldn’t even flush it. I was very disappointed in my room for paying that much for one night."

"Pros: free parking, easy. Front desk on check in was very nice and efficient. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Clean. My adult son liked the hot tub - I didn't see or use it myself. I saw no styrofoam cups for coffee - which I appreciate for environmental reasons. That's rare. Cons: There is a "cheap" feel about Sleep Inn that the other similarly priced inns and suites I've stayed in OKC don't have. Construction, decor, even the "squeeze bottle" shampoo/lotions in the room were hard...
