Hotel murah di Tröstauer Forst-Ost

"The hotel was closed when we arrived and no one would answer when the owner was called. We went by the next day and they were still closed. We contacted hotels.com and they couldn't get in touch with the hotel either. We tried to get a refund and they wouldn't give us our money back since we paid in advance. We had to find another hotel to stay at and it was more expensive. This place is closed! Don't book with them as you won't get your money back! "

"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

"I don’t usually rate the hotels I’ve stayed in because I’ve generally always been satisfied. Most the front desk staff were not very friendly and helpful and at times I would have to wait for them to get off of their handy/mobile to help me. When we checked in and went to our room, there was vomit stains on the side of the base of one of the beds. I went down and asked them if they could clean it and they say “right away”.
