Front desk lady was lovely. Parking is a challenge (especially for high profile vehicles). There is a small underground parking garage but most people park in the spaces at street level. Basic hotel, but great for what we needed. No frills in the room...not even a hair dryer, but it was clean and again, good for our one night stay.
