"Property is great! Clean. Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. No dryer, towels hang dry. No shower curtains in shower. Water everywhere in bathroom. No microwave. Unfortunately. Understanding why. Breakfast same everyday. Needs more options for people who don’t tolerate eggs and cold cuts. Fruits n vegetables served. Wished was better. Plenty of two different options of bread. Needs better selections like mini muffins, hummus with pita? Smoked salmon or ham or turkey bacon? Drinks wise needs options like Juice orange juice, cranberry, and infused water with mint lemon and lime? Option for eggs to make for breakfast? Waffles? Pancakes? It’s worth for people who can’t eat cold foods. Otherwise, place is beautiful, staff is awesome, pool is nice, and rooms are great."

"Best holiday we’ve ever had… Hard to describe it further than this really. The property is brilliant, so clean and the rooms are just perfect. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a Villa with a plunge pool and it is the best room we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. However aside from the great food (definitely pick the à la carte option when booking) the staff are what make this hotel. Romina was the highlight for us. She is absolutely brilliant at her dedication and nothing is too much trouble. The late check out upgrade was also so much appreciated. Thank you for making us have the greatest holiday we’ve had you’ve all played a huge part in that being the case. Hope to see you again soon Jacob & Abi Room 1019"

"The staff was amazing, they make sure your needs are taking care of. The front desk was asome. We could not pick a better place. They are fantastic. Cleaning team was amenable and they do a terrific job. This a 10 start diamond hotel the Alvarez family had an unforgivable stay and best time ever. They deserve everything the hotel staff is fantastic we love it"

"Dimming was very helpful and knowledgeable. The outdoor pool is beautiful. Our room was good for what we paid for it. It was quiet and in a good location. Our only issue was the shower has a ceiling and wand but the knob to use the ceiling shower head wouldn’t stay on. Overall we enjoyed our time here."
