"The location was very suitable for touring. But I really objected, as a Gold Expedia member with VIP access to be given no perks & charged for storing my luggage for two. Nights. Most hotels offer storage as a service for free!"

"A busy hotel in a very convenient location. Stayed in the suite which was large and had a fantastic balcony with a view of the castle, highly recommended. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is if you don’t contact them about using their parking garage, you have to find your own, which, in an unfamiliar city can be daunting."
