"This seems to be a hotel/motel which aged, was probably sold and has recently been mostly renovated. As a result, one sees a smudge or scuff on the wallpaper, scratches in the TV console/dresser, but the bathroom and flooring look brand new. What's most odd is the carpet in lobby/breakfast area. Presumably, it's new because it's covered in plastic, but it seems like that plastic is going to stay until it rips off from use as they clean it. It's always helpful to have a breakfast included,...

"There is a parking fees of ~$30 per night. There was no microwave in room. Breakfast was consistently good. The elevator stopped working so had to use service elevators for employees. Breakfast staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. There was an electric kettle which was very convenient for making tea besides a coffee maker."

"Fantastic hotel ideal location near the ferry terminal. Large well appointed room and very relaxing after a 12 hour drive. Will definitely book again if the opportunity presents itself."

"The hotel offers spacious, comfortable rooms, and the heated bathroom floors were a wonderful touch that made the stay feel extra luxurious. On the downside, the location wasn't very convenient, as it was far from most attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, it's a comfortable place to stay if you don't mind being a bit removed from the main areas."
