"This place was not like the picture that Orbitz posted (they did not show the rest of the building or the rooms) and the reviews were mis-leading .The area and the muddy dirt road leading up to the Inn were disturbing. The room, which opened with a regular door key, was very unpleasant and a bit scary...not suitable for even one night. "Nice place if you’re passing through quickly. For any longer stay, please be aware that there are no amenities, such as complementary water soap, shampoo, coffee, in the lake that usually come with higher end hotels. In fact, if you wanted a drink of fresh water, you had to take the cup out of the room to the hallway by the elevator and fill it up at a water fountain. Not too convenient!"

"The hotel itself is nice, Diversion road is always busy and not much sound barrier. No smoking allowed in the whole city. So if you smoke and get caught you get a fine. It makes you feel like a criminal for smoking cigarettes."

"The Room was good clean quiete with window that facing the brick wall, which i do not like, the bathroom had improved slightly. It would be nice if you can make a coffee that teaspoons is provided, just a small issue, I must say it improved as this time they provided two hand towels as before only bath towels, so yes getting there. "The room was clean and everything was in working order. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They had a restaurant that served good food at reasonable prices. The only things that kept me from rating it 5 stars was that one day housekeeping did not tidy up the room, so the next day I had to request this service. "zuri is our home away from home! When we travel to Iloilo we always stay in Zuri, unless if it's sold out. We wanted to stay there this 26th and 27th but they were sold out, so we have to pick another hotel! We're pissed off!"

"We got the suite room and when we got into the room there was pool of water on the floor which I almost trip into. I called housekeeping and we waited for awhile for them to clean up. I called the housekeeper whom I saw out outside. He took some pictures."

"First time staying here and it won't be the last. The hotel is very clean, my room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet is awesome, the pool is fantastic. I wish i had spent some time in the lobby bar. But hands down -- THE STAFF ARE THE BEST! Every single staff member was the most polite, the most friendly, the most helpful, and the most professional out of all the "major" hotels I've stayed at in the city!"
