"Wonderful stay as usual! What stood out most were the amenities; the executive lounge, spa, gym, pool, and sauna were all immaculate and extremely well maintained. I stayed during New Year’s Eve, and despite the hotel being extremely busy, the staff continued to deliver a high level of customer service. Extra kudos to the team for managing guests from all over the world with professionalism and warmth. My only critique was during check-in: the young lady assisting me seemed confused by my ID...

"Nice place to stay. The room was clean and looked good. The bed was comfortable. The location felt very safe. Staff were friendly and spoke English. There is a shopping mall and many restaurants nearby. The old town and other tourist hotspots are easily accessible via transit, with tram/train stops about 5 minutes away from the hotel. Breakfast was available for a fee (300 CZH) and offered a decent variety of options. Overall the hotel was a great value for the price. "

"Alles super, beim Frühstück hatte man relativ viel Auswahl und es gab auch einzelne wechselnde Optionen, es war sauber und ruhig. Wir hatten aber auch kein Zimmer zur Straße. Wir durften etwas früher einchecken und etwas später auschecken"

"I stayed at a female dorm on the second floor..the building is mesmerizing. My dorm was pretty nice. But the highlight was my receptionist, Peter. I lost my phone on a bolt ride and he went above and beyond to help me get it back. I got my phone back in 1 hour. He let me use their computer to book a new flight because I missed my 12 pm. I can't recommend this place more. 100/10 really! "

"Très bon rapport qualité prix. Mon bémol Très mal indiqué dans la rue, on peut passer devant sans problème sans reconnaitre que c est votre hôtel. Et en 3 nuits, je n ai vu aucun personnel même si il est indiqué qu il y a une réception à horaire restreint.."

"Ottimo! A 15 minuti a piedi da tutti, letto comodo, bagno super confortevole sempre caldo, con asciugamani caldi (che per chi non è abituato al freddo non ha prezzo!) e colazione ampia e varia. Complessivamente, lo consiglierei assolutamente."
