"Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. "

"Check-in/out and parking was quick and easy. Our room was very nice and clean and it is connected to the convention center! The food at their restaurant was amazing. I will be staying there again. "

"Small boutique hotel close to downtown Tucson and walking distance to Rialto and Fox Theaters. Stayed in Persian Room with unique decor and modern comforts -- lots of charm. Perfect place for couples or solo getaway and event (wedding, etc.) venue. Probably less idea for family with kids. Secure parking of the street. All in all, very nice place to stay. Highly recommended!"

"I enjoyed the rooftop pool, a lot of the guests would come out and cook food on the grill. The hotel is located in a very centralized location so everything around was very walkable. There's a Korean coffee shop that sold really good matcha lattes and even better fried chicken for brunch and it was only a 5 min walk from the hotel. It's Called HeeMee's Bakery and Coffee shop!"

"Bed is uncomfortable and low. Only window a/c units, which aren't great. Funny smell around the place. Breakfast was for a vegan or worse. Unkempt pool area. Didn't even finish the crappy coffee. Skip this place entirely. Much better accomodations are available."

"Hotel didn’t seem to be in the best neighborhood but I didn’t feel unsafe. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was amazing. The property was well maintained and had amazing murals."

"Clean room, friendly staff"

"The staff was great. Great location. But I was itching really bad on my first night because I have sensitive skin, so I put a pretzel down in the other side of the bed that I slept in just to see if they clean their sheets. I checked it the next day I came back and the pretzel was still there. So I slept in the other bed. The next day I asked room service to change the sheets while I was there. The pool was also a brownish. Other than that it wasn’t bad for the price."

"AC is the biggest complaint, cleanliness is the second I saw a hair on a baseboard in the rr & had a small stain on one of the sheets in the room when we got in, last is the lamps, one went out after being on for 15m and another I was too scared to turn on bc *see photo*"

"First of all, I just wanted to mention that the place was very unclean. There was bugs on the bed next to me and stains on the sheets. We were so tired because we drove up there to pick up our daughter from college and didn’t have the energy to complain. I would love to have my money back if possible since we were only there for a few hours."
