"Nice spot in Tucson. Parking wasn’t a problem as I had been led to worry about from other reviews. Very noisy on Saturday night. Hot water issues that were eventually resolved. Management was responsive."

However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. "

"Its like having a small cottage village with a nice courtyard in the middle of the city. You're within walking distance of everything downtown, the rooms are cozy, good amenities and a peaceful place to relax. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Would highly recommend."

"We enjoyed our visit, the breakfast was delicious. Waffles, egg omelette, potatoes with bell peppers, breakfast sandwiches and so much more. The room was clean, well stocked and roomy for 4 adults and one teen. I would have liked the pool to be opened at least an hour later, closes at 9 pm. The pool was perfect to relax, great for the small kids not for swimming. The wind was cold, warmed up next to a fire pit. Take advantage of the parking garage, great price - even though street parking is...

"We absolutely love staying at Graduate hotels whenever possible. They really help you feel planted in the place you are visiting, and this stay was no exception. The room and lobby were beautifully decorated, as is the usual with Graduate hotels. The Moonstone bar and rooftop bar were truly incredible. We were here during summer break, so parking wasn’t a big issue, but I can see how it would be hard if students were around."

"The staff was great. Great location. But I was itching really bad on my first night because I have sensitive skin, so I put a pretzel down in the other side of the bed that I slept in just to see if they clean their sheets. I checked it the next day I came back and the pretzel was still there. So I slept in the other bed. The next day I asked room service to change the sheets while I was there. The pool was also a brownish. Other than that it wasn’t bad for the price."

"The laundry room was very dirty! Lots of left over powder laundry detergent inside of dryer filter, we got this hotel so we could do laundry and we’re not able too. The floor of my room had alot of hairs, more in the shower and on the counter of the bathroom sink. This is absolutely gross! They need better housekeeping! I don’t recommend too many missed hairs in bathroom and bed sheets!"

"There was a nightclub right in front of the hotel, but the hotel never informed us about it in advance. Because of the loud noise, I couldn’t even sleep properly for an hour on the first night. The check-in process also took an unreasonably long time. In addition, we paid an extra $20 for breakfast, but there was almost nothing to eat. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would never want to stay at this hotel again."

"The customer service was really good, but I would really recomend that they have security around the premises. There's a lot of crackheads, and shady people around the area. The smell of marihuana was really strong around the area. The rooms need to upgrade the AC, because sometimes the small AC doesn't cool the whole room."

"First of all, I just wanted to mention that the place was very unclean. There was bugs on the bed next to me and stains on the sheets. We were so tired because we drove up there to pick up our daughter from college and didn’t have the energy to complain. I would love to have my money back if possible since we were only there for a few hours."
