"Great shout stay"

"Clean. Easy drive to Downtown Tulsa."

"I understand that this hotel is located in a busy downtown area, but the parking situation was extremely inconvenient. We couldn’t find any clearly marked area to temporarily park while checking in or unloading luggage, so we ended up using a public parking lot nearly two blocks away. When we asked the front desk about parking options, we were told that valet was the only option available. Unfortunately, the interaction felt less than welcoming. Another surprise was the $150 incidental hold, which is one of the highest I’ve encountered. It has also been two days since checkout, and the hold still hasn’t been released. Another issue was the air conditioning unit in our room, which was extremely noisy and woke us up multiple times throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On a positive note, the hotel itself was clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. However, because of the parking challenges, additional fees, and the noisy AC, I would likely choose a different property on a future visit."

"I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and hotel was nice. My only issue is when I checked in the representative was able to verify I had already prepaid for parking and breakfast. For some reason they still charged my card out of my incidentals for parking. I have called and currently still waiting for it to be credited back to my account. Its been almost a week. ."

"Did not like that you had to walk thru all the smoking to get to non smoking area. Your clothes smelt like smoke. Not but 1 place to eat!"

"Gerald was super nice, he let me ring the awesome bell and upgraded us. Place was absolutely amazing, will go back just to stay in the hotel. "

"Window was a piece of plaster with holes in it. Dirty everything. Comforter was laced in burn holes. Entire hotel smelled of smoke. Garbage in halls everywhere."

"I was a little put off when I first walked in to check in and the lady at the desk without asking my name to look up my.room told me room is still dirty and it would be 10min. How would she know without my name. Then.people walked in after me.as I was sitting in the lobby waiting and she checked them right in. Another lady ended up coming out to help me. She was very nice and helpful and even moved my room as the 1st one was next to a hard of hearing room and they had their TV up way loud. Breakfast wasn't my cup of tea."
