"Hotel in desperate need of repairs and serious customer service training for staff. Booked two rooms for stay but ended up only have one room with a functioning toilet, took staff over 27 hours and three very rude conversations, to address issue, after one use toilet non functioning for the remainder of a six days stay, email sent to gm and NO CONTACT WAS RECEIVED TO RESOLVE ISSUE. Breakfast is the same every morning an elevator is out of service(burning rubber smell and jolted ride on one that does work), ice machines broken, attached restaurant closed, mold in shower, and cheap squeaky metal bed frames(literally sounds like a huge metal gong when getting on or off and rolling over)
Just find somewhere else to stay!"
