Hotel Mewah di Tulsa

"This is not a 5 star hotel. I’m sorry. The room was nice. A/c did not work well at all. Was on the 8th floor. The bathrooms and room were very dim and dark. Zero lights. Wife had a hec of a time getting ready/ makeup ect. The makeup light did not work it’s that dark in there. The hotel grounds were filthy. "We did not get fresh towels until we asked for them. And trash was not picked up - guessing no daily housekeeping available. Coffee in room was not good! "

"I have Mixed feelings about this property. Everything was clean and spacious. ,however the concrete floors are a bit much for my liking! Looks like they pulled up carpet and just left what was underneath exposed! Ladies bring slippers or socks for your feet!"

"The hotel’s main areas were nice. However, I was shocked at how run down the rooms were for the price we paid. Our main issue was being woken up about every 45 minutes to hotel guests talking in the halls and opening/shutting their doors. It finally quieted down around 3:30 am. I understand the hotel cannot make guests have respect for others, but the lack of insulation to keep the noise down was terrible. " Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained. A couple of things to point out, I stayed two nights and had no housekeeping services. Not sure if that is how they schedule cleaning or an over sight. Also, I had a refrigerator, microwave and ice bucket but no glasses to put the ice and drink into. I had coffee cups but no water glasses. Service with the valet a bit spotty."

"My experience at the hotel was exceptional. I arrived early at 9:45 AM prior to my arrival I did not ask for an early check-in so I was expecting to leave my luggage at the front desk until my 3 PM check-in. "Beautiful property, our room was super clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable! Great location!! Cookies from the front desk are always the best. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. "
