The room reserved was decent at a great low price, fairly comfortable due to consist traffic of night walkers outside the hotel the room could use a new paint job aside from that OYO has clean sheets n towels their set up is nice even the bathroom was decent the staff their were outstanding

I did not experience having a dirty room. It was actually somewhat nice. That said, I basically stayed in my room all day for fear of being hurt and feeling unsafe by the homeless, drug seekers, and signs of violence throughout the area. I was staying for an interview in town and wearing a suit while walking to my car has never felt so scary. I wouldn't recommend staying there, but on the positive side the staff members were extremely nice and accomodating.

Staff were friendly. Room and property need extensive repairs. Tv did not work, drawers were gone, no microwave or fridge. Smoke detector kept going off for no reason (I don’t smoke or vape). Key card kept not working and had to be reactivated by staff daily, even in the middle of the night. There were a lot of people hanging around the stairwells and on the landings at all hours of the night. Uber driver said OYo company buys up old hotels and then neglects them, definitely had the feeling of a slumlord type situation where the parent company just washes their hands of any responsibility.

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Everything I'm about to write I have picture evidence of. When I arrived at the hotel it was approx. 4pm, office was closed and locked up. After several minutes a clerk finally came to the door. Got card and went to room. The door too the room looks like it was attacked with a hatchet or something. Big gashes in the door. Inside the room I found a desk that also looked like someone tried to chop it up for the firewood. The chair in the room had a big hole in it, 2 actually. Couldn't be sat in. There was a light fixture above our heads in the wall that was barely holding on and it was broke with sharp edges. If had fallen would have caused some pretty serious injuries. The light an fan switch for the bathroom was pushed into wall and there was a big hold in the wall where bathroom door was pushed in. The toilet would not flush and when wife went to take shower a cockroach fell out of the shower curtain into the tub. This place was really really bad and if I could give it less than one star I would. This makes me consider not using expedia again. I've used other apps and never gotten this poor quality of rooms. And on top of everything this place made me give them a 50.00 deposit that I have not received back.

THE HOTEL DOES NOT EXIST. i showed up to a completely sketchy construction zone under different ownership and name. i was unable to check in obviously, and have yet to receive a refund. it was terribly misrepresented in photos on Expedia. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!!

Do not book, will not honor reservation.

This hotel is not under the OYO management and if you book a room they will tell you when you get to the property that they won't honor it. Also a terrible location and plenty of sketchy people around and at this hotel.

Door locks did not work. Staff had to let us in. Pictures were significantly nicer than actual room. Looked like door had been kicked in and it was missing a safety lock. Holes I. The door looked like bullet holes.

The main thing you need to know about this property is they don’t have a receptionist at the desk for late arrivals. And because I booked through Expedia and prepaid, I didn’t have a way to address this issue and had to essentially scramble to find another hotel after being dropped off in a very unsafe area, where I wasn’t granted entry into the lobby. If you are a woman, I would definitely avoid staying at any of these hotels and I would specifically avoid OYO hotels completely. This is a very poorly run operation that should not be Rewarded but rather shut down.

It’s one of the cheapest hotels for a reason. Rooms aren’t very clean and the property does not feel safe. The gentleman behind the desk was very nice and helpful, the only bright spot in my overnight stay.
