Waterfront views and can hear the waves in the room. The club downstairs does play bass music till 2 am but level is bearable. Not an issue for me. Very convenient to get to grocery stores and eateries in the neighborhood about 3 blocks away. Love my stay

The apartment was in very good condition with brand new furniture. Building was recently constructed. Just bring your own sleepers and coffee.
