"Upon arrival, reception informed us that the restaurant, bar and pool are all closed. Not a great start and it got much worse. Lobby bathrooms were disgusting the complimentary coffee bar consisted of 2 keurigs and a total of 3 coffee pods. Returning to the room at 10pm the key wouldn’t work. We walked down to the reception and received a new set. Also didn’t work. Back down to the lobby. The reception person ultimately had to break into the room using a crowbar and hammer. By this time it’s after midnight. We had to pack all of gear up and move rooms. They didn’t help us at all, in fact I had to go down to the lobby again and retrieve a luggage cart. The rooms both had wallpaper coming off the walls and no toilet paper. Next day we didn’t get a call or visit about the situation. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered. Stay here at your own peril."
