"Comfortable, basic place to stay. Though we stayed for 6 nights, though, they only cleaned our room once, & we had to ask for toilet paper a couple of times. Also, though there were three people in our party, they only provided 2 washcloths."

"I had a really great experience staying at the Comfort Inn near Polaris this past weekend! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a great location for everything we wanted to do in the Polaris area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall stay was smooth from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated how convenient the location was, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and activities nearby. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again when I’m back in Columbus. Great experience and a good value for the price!"

"There aren't many lodging options close to Ohio Wesleyan University, so I was mainly looking for a place that was convenient to campus and would allow me to avoid driving out of town. This hotel worked well for that purpose. The property was clean and felt safe, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a little dated and could use some updating, but overall it was a convenient and perfectly adequate place to stay when visiting OWU."
