"Overall good property and great location. Easy to access shuttles, grocer and dinning. Wish there was pull out sofa bed. We booked a room for 5 but there were only two queen beds in the room."

"We liked the lodge's close proximity to the Rim Trail and access to the Park's shuttle bus route. The room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful."

"We were put in the handicap room and it had a bench in the shower that was in the way. As I did not need a handicap accessible room this was not ideal. Our window faced the window to the pool so if we opened the curtain anyone using the pool could see directly into our room. Breakfast was very clustered and chaotic. They did a good job making sure items were refilled, but there was no logic to where items were. People were all over the place and seating was in the middle of everyone trying to get food items. Everyone was on top of each other and in the way. "
